Scuba resort, devastated by fire

Cabo Pulmo Beach Resort is a beautiful off-grid Resort offering eat, sleep and dive packages as well as snorkeling services on the Sea of Cortez just Northeast of Cabo San Lucas. Cabo Pulmo offers an incredible undersea dive location that is famous in America and Internationally. This business was built by the Barrymore family of Ketchum, Idaho, over the past 30 years. They developed a thriving business that has been enjoyed by thousands of divers and snorkelers around the world.

A devastating fire took the shop which housed dive gear, tools, compressors and all solar equipment and several outboard motors, all essential to the business. The fire has left this solar resort to expensive generator power, one boat and borrowed dive gear. It has also displaced most of the 15 employees , however, they were lucky that nobody was harmed in the fire.

This fund is looking for donations to help the business get back on their feet prior to the busiest season upcoming in August. As a friend and loyal customer, I have permission from the owner to solicit donations and hope that many thousands of customers and friends like me will help them rebuild this beautiful off-grid business.

All donations will be transferred to the dedicated go fund me account, and 100% of all monies will be documented by receipts, bank statements, and a general ledger.
