Help Melissa fight her battle with cancer
Yesterday Friday 8th May will be a day Melissa will never ever forget.
Yesterday was the day she was told she has early stage breast cancer.
As Melissa explains ; Most women who are diagnosed with breast cancer have ZERO symptom like myself. You don’t feel sick. You don’t look sick. I am at the healthiest I have ever been in my entire life. The only sign I had was a tiny lump that could be felt. I was SURE it was nothing, I’m also really stubborn and wanted to get it checked.
Educate yourself and be your own advocate. If something doesn’t feel or look right, have it checked! It’s better being safe than sorry. Breast cancer doesn’t discriminate, it doesn’t care about your age, race, gender (men get it too), family history or who you are.
• Please help us raise funds to help her get through her treatment . She has a living beautiful son and a loving fiancé but this has been such a heartbreak for them all. No woman is expected to go through this alone, scared and in shock . Please donate even $5 from everyone helps ❤️
Melissa and her partner David are raising their
son Boston together, and her family Are all in New Zealand where she is from. It’s extremely hard to go through something like this with no family around. She will be unable to work due to surgery and I want to help her in any way I can. This is when your friends and strangers need to show their support It could be us one day!
Melissa is facing costs of $20,000 + for her surgery and recovery so we really need to help share this campaign and get as much traction as possible. Could I please ask everyone that knows Melissa to share on all social media platforms possible we need as much support as we can get
