I'm Larin from Gaza. I am 10 years old. I have a wonderful family consisting of my mother, father and My sister and brothers

Our life was warm and quiet, and we owned a large house located on the Mediterranean Sea on the most beautiful street in Gaza, but unfortunately all that has changed since October 7th. Our old life has become a dream and the reality is a nightmare.

My mother and father feel afraid of life for us, but they do not know that we fear life without them. My father always tells us that he wants nothing from this life except for us to be by his side, but seeing the sadness in his eyes makes me feel a pain that I cannot express. My family is the most precious thing I have and it is life to me.

My father put in a lot of health and effort to provide a life that suits us, but unfortunately, as if nothing had happened, our house was destroyed and my father lost his workplace, his car, and all of his real estate.

The suffering began when my spoiled little brother, Malik, fell ill at the beginning of the war. He was three months old. He began experiencing shortness of breath and a chest infection. There was no appropriate treatment available for him, and his illness continued for a long time.

We started looking for food, clean water and a safe place to live, but unfortunately none of it was available.

All places are terrifying. We are afraid to sleep because of the sounds of airplanes

Please please I want us to get our lives back and continue our dream of finishing school and returning to school and our friends

My sister and I have hobbies that we are deprived of. We were among the best players in volleyball, swimming, and drawing. All this has become a dream that is difficult for us to achieve.

What sin did we do to receive this bad punishment? We want to live like other children in the world
