Medical help

Since September of 2019 I have had 3 major surgeries,  three life threatening infections, and two related procedures.  I am recovering, but due to arthritis in my knees, shoulders neck and lower back, I am having extreme pain getting up from sitting, and getting out of bed. The money will be used to buy a lift recliner chair, and to purchase a dog to be trained as a service dog, specifically a giant breed Newfoundland, or English mastiff. 
I am on a fixed income, so the purchase of the dog and chair are out of my reach.  Thank you in advance for your kindness.
