Sean Collins Memorial Fund
Donation protected
Sean Collins was a man who loved life, his family and friends. He never shied away from challenges and always found a way to meet them. Sean was the type of person who wanted to help people, and was able to find an outlet for that passion through his career as a linesman with IBEW Local #3. Although his life ended tragically and way too soon, the legacy he left through the hundreds of lives he touched during his tour of duty in Puerto Rico, helping rebuild after the ravages of Hurricane Maria continues through this day. Sean was aboslutely captivated by the people of Puerto Rico and loved what he was doing to help them.
It’s this sense of purpose that Sean espoused, that we his family want to perpetuate through the establishment of this fund. The vision, depending on the fund’s success, is to establish a Memorial Scholarship for the children of his brother linesmen along with other charitable activities that foster Sean’s love of life, people and duty. With the family’s blessing, I will administer this fund to ensure Sean’s memory is kept alive through future generations of linesmen and other charitable works.
I would ask that if Sean’s story touches you in any positive way that you would consider a small donation to keep his spirit alive.
