Hi, my name is Julie and I am fundraising for my friend Angela and the Rzucidlo Family for Gina Marie Rzucidlo to support in bringing Gina home.

Gina was climbing Shishapangma Mountain in Tibet to become the first American woman to climb the world’s 14 peaks above 8,000 meters when a tragedy struck. She was nearing her goal when on her final push for the summit, just 80 meters from her goal, an avalanche struck. Gina along with Tenjen Lama Sherpa have been reported missing.

Gina was a skilled climber and mountaineer but above all she was a beloved daughter, sister, and aunt.

Details are still coming in but financial support will be needed as fast as possible to help bring Gina home and any financial support the family needs.
