We are working to expand Seattle's only Arab film festival and we need your help!
The Seattle Arab Film Festival (SAFF) seeks to highlight the diversity, complexity, and vibrancy of the Arab world and diaspora. We are invested in challenging dominant American narratives about our community by centering Arab stories, voices, and talent. Through our work, we seek to build a creative community that empowers emerging filmmakers by providing space for visibility, critique, and collaboration.
This year, SAFF will be held at Capitol Hill's Northwest Film Forum on May 16-17, 2020. Checkout the festival's website here.
The Seattle Arab Film Fest will not be a success without your contributions! Your donations will cover:
-Screening fees to get great movies from up and coming Arab artists
-Advertising for the festival, including poster printing
-Producing SAFF 2020 t-shirts
-Providing delicious food and drink, including Middle Eastern appetizers!
We are four volunteers who are passionate about celebrating Arab voices. Please help us make this event a memorable one by donating and joining us at the festival in May!
