Help me take the Seattle Symphony Audition

Hi! My name is Daniel Chiva Sanz. I am a double bass player from Spain. I am a second-year Doctorate of Musical Arts student at the Frost School of Music (University of Miami, Coral Gables, FL) and the Teaching Assistant from the studio of Dr. Brian Powell. Since I started my doctoral studies, I have been taking professional auditions with different orchestras. In my last audition, I made it to the finals of the Principal and Assistant Principal audition of The Florida Orchestra (St. Petersburg, FL). Currently, I am preparing for my next audition which will be for the position of Assistant Principal of the Seattle Symphony.

To take this audition I would need to travel almost 3000 miles (more than 4000km) that separates Miami from Seattle. Flying with the double bass always increases the cost of transportation. The audition process will last a total of four days. To prepare for the audition I would like to get a new set of strings and rehair my bow to improve my sound as much as possible.

As a student, these costs are outside my budget. I am working as hard as I can to musically give my 100% in the audition. That is why I am kindly asking you to help me cover some of the expenses and bring my career to the next level. Here I made a list of estimated costs:

Hola! Soy Daniel Chiva Sanz y soy un contrabajista español en mi segundo año de doctorado en la Universidad de Miami (Coral Gables, FL). Soy profesor asistente del estudio de Dr. Brian Powell. Desde que empezé el doctorado me he centrado en realizar audiciones para orquestas profesionales. En mi última audición conseguí llegar a la final de la prueba para Solista y Asistente de Solista de The Florida Orchestra (St. Petersburg, FL). Ahora me estoy preparando para mi siguiente audición que será para la posición de Asistente de Solista en la Sinfónica de Seattle.

Para realizar esta audición me tengo que desplazar los más de 4000 kilómetros que separan Miami de Seattle. Además, viajar con el contrabajo siempre aumenta los costes de viaje. La audición durará cuatro días. Por último, para tener mi instrumento a punto me gustaría poner cuerdas nuevas y encerdar el arco.

Como estudiante, costear todo lo mencionado está fuera de mi alcance. Estoy trabajando para musicalmente estar al 100%. Es por eso que amablemente pido tu colaboración para costear parte de los gastos para llevar mi carrera musical al siguiente nivel. Estos son los gastos que he estimado:
