Second Annual Graceland Benefit Concert

The Graceland Benefit Concert has been organized to support Graceland Needy Childcare Shelter in Awutu-Bawjiase, Central Region, Ghana! Please join us for a night of music to raise funds for this inspiring organization. The concert will be held on December 7th, 2024 at 8:00 PM at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in New York City. $20 minimum donation to attend in-person or livestream!

Last year, we raised $2,350 for Graceland! With those funds, Madam Grace and Pastor Isaac were able to build a brand new kitchen. Our goal is $3,000 this year to continue improving the facilities!

A Bit About Graceland...

Madam Grace Wobell of Elmina, Central Region, Ghana opened Graceland Needy Childcare Shelter in 2017 after leaving her career as a Dietician at the 37 Military Hospital in Accra, Ghana. She started this shelter with just three children, but that number has since grown to one hundred kids between the ages of one and seventeen. Madam Grace and her husband, Pastor Isaac Afriyie, work tirelessly to house and care for the children of Central Region, providing them with food, shelter, education, and community.

Though the children of Graceland are well taken care of, they are still in need of many necessities such as more habitable dormitories, a classroom, and renovated bathrooms. Through your donation, the children and staff of Graceland will be able to access the resources they need and deserve.
