Help to secure a future for Ensemble Cambrica

My name is Chris, I am a professional musician, I am keen to support live music, I am organising two fundraising concerts to help to secure the future of Ensemble Cambrica.

With grants and funding difficult to find Ensemble Cambrica is under threat, and I am keen to do what I can to help the organisation to continue into the future.

I have assembled a group of professional musicians who are volunteering their time to perform.

The concerts will take place on 2nd June 2024, in Creigiau Church Hall near Cardiff 4pm, and on 23rd June 2024, in Radyr New School Rooms, Cardiff, 4pm. The Concerts will be a unique opportunity to hear double reed instruments, Oboe, Cor Anglais, Bassoon and Contra Bassoon, played together in a small ensemble.

Admission, on the door, will be 'pay what you can' with a suggested starting donation of £5 per Adult and donations for Children, however if you are not able to attend please donate via this GofundMe.

Ensemble Cambrica provides employment for a large pool of self employed musicians in South Wales, but also aims to benefit local charities through philanthropic projects.

Ensemble Cambrica performs for the community and with the community in the following ways:

The organization is flexible in size which allows it to reach audiences in a diverse range of settings such as schools, hospitals, workplaces, concert halls and arts festivals.

The organisation can provide projects which educate and engage both through performance and participation. The aim is to offer opportunities to people of all ages and backgrounds.
