Seeking funds due to losses during Storm Bert

Hi my name is Lynn and I live in a Somerset UK, 18 months ago I lost my home, had to sell quick to avoid bank repossessing it, so I literally lost everything, I am now living in a Caravan on a site near Taunton in Somerset, Saturday night I once again lost everything, the Storm destroyed my awning taking with it all my electricals, all my food, clothes everything, i can't rebuild again on my own I have no money. The last thing I ever thought I would have to do is ask for people's help but I don't know what else to do, i have an empty shell of a caravan everything was on the awning which is now a mass of mud, I am trying to upload a video of damage but I don't know how to. I am sorry to have to ask for help but I don't know what else to do.
