Seeking help for cancer treatment in Mexico

My name is Christy, I am the sister of James (Karl) Fischer. My brother is seeking cancer treatment in Mexico. Insurance will not cover holistic treatments. He was placed on a list for a trial drug. It was a year before he got the call and when he showed up they told him he no longer qualified. They then agreed to give him another treatment but they only gave him one because when he went back for the second they said his bloodwork was not stable enough and sent him home with no real solution. The truth is his cancer is so rare they really don't know what to do. Although the cancer is called Pancreatic Neuroendocrine cancer it is not in his pancreas but is in his Liver and nowhere else.

My brother is Retired Army. He is a honors graduate from St. Edwards University. He is a husband, father, grandfather, and the best brother. He has dedicated his whole life to his family.
