Please Help Our Family Be Reunited

Hello everyone, I'm reaching out to my friends and family during what has been one of the toughest experiences my family and I have had to endure. I would have never thought I would be creating a GoFundMe account, but due to my current situation I have been forced to do so. I'm reaching out in the most humble manner and my family and I are extremely thankful for any assistance you may be able to help with. As some may know, when I was 18 years old in 2011 I got into some trouble with the law. I was fresh out of high school and was very young, immature and stupid. I was arrested due to a stupid small careless mistake... something that is now considered medicinal, and legal in many states. At 18 years old we believe that we are invincible, and with our brains not fully developed we commit many mistakes which we must learn from. It was a mistake that has affected my life for years, as well as my immigration process. Due to that mistake my US residenship was frozen in 2011 and I was considered for deportation. I've payed thousands of dollars and have had many attorneys represent me in this case for several years. My family and I have attempted to solve my case through many different approaches, but unfortunately there was not a way to resolve my case. Since we could not solve my case, it was denied and terminated. I was not ordered to leave the country right away so I was in the process of closing all ties and saving money to move back to Costa Rica with my family. On January 11th I was outside of my home getting ready to leave for work and ICE (Immigration Customs Enforcement) showed up at my house unexpectedly without warning. Six officers in bulletproof vests put me in handcuffs and kidnapped me from my home. They tore me away from my family without warning and was treated like a criminal for a minor crime that happened 9 years prior. I was transferred to Krome Immigration Detention center in Miami and was there for a month. My family had to invest a lot of money to find a lawyer that would help me expedite the process, and we had to spend even more to get me out of the country. This past Sunday I was finally put on a flight with just a small carry on bag and got sent back to Costa Rica.  This past month has been extremely tough for my family and I. It has caused us a lot of emotional, mental and physical stress. My family was torn apart, I lost my career, and my family is now losing our home since my fiance Kira is not able to afford all of our expenses on her own. She has been my rock and has been dealing with a lot on her own. She is in the process of selling all of our assets and will be moving in with my mother. My mother and brother have been there for us throughout this entire process and have been a gift from God and have helped us as much as possible. My daughter is not aware of what is happening and believes that I've been away working this entire time. I would hate for her to know the truth since I know it could affect her in many different ways. I'm now in Costa Rica and currently staying with father who has opened his doors to me after years of not having a relationship with him. Me and my family are keeping our heads up, dealing with all of this one step at a time and moving forward. I am reaching out because we need financial assistance for a couple of different reasons. The most important is my girls need the support I am currently not able to provide due to my situation. The second reason is that as a family we want to be together as soon as possible. My ladies are going to move to Costa Rica to live with me and we need as much assistance to help with the move and assist us as we learn how my country functions and as we get on our feet. Lastly there is a chance that the attorney can get me back to the states within the next 2-5 years. Unfortunately they have mentioned that the cost to file the paperwork and the price to hire them will be over $15,000. The currency in Costa Rica is colones, and the value is less than dollars. We would need to save over 8.5 million colones to make this happen which is not very realistic for us. Asking for assistance from others is not something I have ever had to do, or thought that I would need to do. However when it comes to getting my family back I am willing to reach out for help, and will be working every single hour of my life to make this happen. I will be extremely grateful for any help that is given and would also like to please keep this private. I am trying to find employment and would like to prevent a potential employer checking my social media account and finding out what has happened. If you would like to share this with anyone I would like to kindly ask for you to send it to them through a private message. I appreciate you for taking the time to read this and God bless!
