Seeking HOPE in the form of $ for kids of ROMANIA

My name is Dr. Loren Michaels Harris and I am a survivor of everything I hope to change in my own small way. I was conceived via rape, I was literally ‘borrowed’ from my birth family for the first 32 years of my journey. We are working with a young actor from Romania by the name of Mike Savuica/ https://www.facebook.com/mike.savuica

Mike Savuica and a team of his colleagues are serving as our ‘co-creators’ on the ground, taking care of such things as translators, actors, musicians, volunteers and the such for our week in Romania. Mike has already begun meeting with schools, hospitals, community centers, and the such that hopefully will open doors as to providing spaces and opportunities for The Power of WE Symposium team to pour into the children.

We are working with the amazing Rob Chasteen Scheer, Author of “A Forever Family”, Foster Care advocate, and Founder of National Charity Comfort Cases. https://scheerfocus.com/

https://www.facebook.com/comfortcases Rob has generously agreed to provide POW with a number of Comfort Cases/backpacks in which to bring the kids in Romania. One of the things that I am most excited about is the “PEN PAL LETTERS” we will be adding to the already amazing Comfort Cases, wherein the kids from both countries will have the opportunity to connect 1:1 with a global peer, and not just any peer, but peers who just like them are and have endured tough situations.

When people ask me where is the best place to learn more about your work Loren, I 100% of the time direct them to Google me, that is where one may fully experience my entire body of work while knowing that what they are experiencing is from a ‘hands off “ perspective, as I can not create my own version of what is available to see by the world via Google.
