Seeking Justice Against a Staten Island Kingpin! ✊️

My name is Foad, and for the past seven years, I have been living a nightmare at 701 Bay Street, Staten Island. My

landlord, Ettore Mazzei,

has subjected me to relentless harassment, violence, and deplorable living conditions. This isn’t just a battle with a bad landlord; it’s a fight for my life and my future against a kingpin with a documented history of criminal activity, including drug trafficking and financial crimes.

A Life-Altering Experience

On March 16, 2024,

my life changed forever when a man was shot inside my apartment during a robbery attempt orchestrated by Mazzei I believe . I acted in self-defense to protect myself and my guest, but instead of being the victim, I was arrested and falsely charged. I spent day in jail, fearing for my life and my reputation while my house seized by authorities and leaving me homeless in the same streets that try to kill me for five days. Although the charges were dismissed, the trauma of that experience lingers.

Living in Fear

Mazzei's reign of terror includes:

- Death threats: Chilling text messages filled with racist slurs and promises of violence.

- Unsafe living conditions: Neglected repairs leading to mold, a broken front door,

no heat, and no hot water.

- Physical assault: An attack by him and his son outside his catering hall, resulting in severe injuries.

Are

- Theft: He has stolen my belongings, drained my Cash App account, and even attempted to steal my car.

The evidence against him is overwhelming. Police have raided his properties, uncovered his drug ring, and indicted him on multiple charges. I have photos, videos, and text messages documenting his abuse.

Fighting for Justice

We live in a system where crime victims are scared to speak out and are intimidated on many different levels where nobody to go to nobody to justify or to put their shoes in the victims, eyes, but this is the first step in my situation to show that we can fight it, and I’m all in.Not something I’m going to let go until just to serve and the victims are compensated, but it’s very hard to fight when everything has been taken from you reputation destroyed and when it really looks like nobody really cares easy to give up harder to fight

I am determined to hold Mazzei accountable for his actions, but this is a David vs. Goliath battle. He has money and power, making it incredibly challenging to find a lawyer willing to take on this complex case.

Cash app $bpaymenow2 and apply pay 585/479-0010 an update as of November 15 I have paid electrician to turn my power back on what was mostly sabotage by the management Success 6 months no power is over it was getting cold out thank you guys thank God and more updates to come next up date I contacted hpd and I’m going to housing court to put in a lawsuits for damages, rent reimbursement, and other upgrades that I have made to the property to make it now, livable and up-to-date with stainless steel appliances, new floors and fixing the front door and putting in a new doorbell
