Seeking justice for Braylon Holley

My son, Braylon Holley, tragically lost his life on September 29, 2023, in the Barry Telford Unit Prison in New Boston, Texas. He was only 22 years old, and his life was cut short due to a horrific incident of inmate violence. I am devastated by his untimely passing and determined to seek justice for my beloved son.

Braylon was due to be released from prison on October 10, 2023, after serving his time and fulfilling his obligations to society. He had dreams, aspirations, and a bright future ahead of him. Unfortunately, his life was taken away in a senseless act of violence, leaving our family shattered and seeking answers.

On that fateful day, Braylon was attacked by six inmates who brutally beat him. Shockingly, he was denied immediate medical care, and tragically passed away in the arms of his cellmate. This devastating loss has left us with countless questions and a deep desire for justice to be served.

We firmly believe that Braylon's death was preventable and that those responsible should be held accountable for their actions. However, pursuing justice comes with significant financial burdens, including legal fees and travel expenses. As a grieving family, we are already facing emotional and financial strain, making it difficult for us to navigate the legal process alone.
