Seeking Justice For Josh Harrison
Donation protected
On June 15, 2024, my brother Andrew Joshua Harrison, affectionately known as Josh, was riding his recently purchased motorcycle around 1:12 AM. He had just bought the motorcycle a week before and had not yet gotten a tag for it. While riding, he was spotted by two Baldwin County Sheriff's deputies who decided to pull him over. Scared, Josh took off, but his motorcycle began to misfire.
Seizing the opportunity, the deputies struck Josh's motorcycle, causing it to veer off the road and crash into a culvert. The impact sent Josh airborne, his motorcycle hit a tree, and he was thrown an additional 60 feet. Resuscitation was never attempted nor was EMT ever dispatched to try to save my brother's life. Tragically, Josh was pronounced deceased at 1:35 AM.
However, the deputies had the crime scene completely cleaned up before informing our mother of Josh's death. Since then, the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office has shown no accountability and has refused to release any dash cam or body cam footage of/from the incident. We are left without answers and without justice for Josh.
We are raising funds to cover legal fees and other expenses as we seek justice and transparency for Josh. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help us in our fight to hold the responsible parties accountable and to bring the truth to light. Your support means the world to us during this incredibly difficult time.
Please help us seek justice for Josh and ensure that no other family has to go through what we are experiencing.
Fundraising Goal:
Our initial goal is to raise $10,000 to cover the following expenses:
- Legal fees for pursuing a case against the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office.
- Investigation costs to uncover the truth.
- Advocacy and public awareness campaigns.
How You Can Help:
- Donate: Any amount, big or small, will make a difference.
