Update & Thank you - help with Lee's last wishes

Last Friday, July 29, Sandra Fish traveled by train to Truckee, where she met a friend who drove her high up in the mountains to a lookout over the lake below.

July 29 was chosen in honor of Michael Satris, who had advocated for Lee for decades and had brought Sandra and the Humane Prison Hospice Project into Lee’s life. Similarly, many of you donated to honor and in memory of Jay Pultz, another of Lee's lawyers during the many years he was incarcerated on death row.

At the lookout, Sandra scattered Lee’s ashes into the grasses and flowers growing on the mountainside.
