SELBY SHOW DOWN for Doctors without Borders!

This November, my Brother and I will be racing in the Full Ironman in Arizona to raise money for a non-profit near and dear to our hearts, Doctors without Borders! I am an ER resident with a passion for global health, and this cause is one that I believe makes a difference to the most vulnerable.

We are competing for who can 1) WIN and 2) RAISE the MOST money possible for this amazing cause in the setting of a global pandemic and civil unrest abroad.

Who has what it takes?

Spencer is an undergrad student in Calgary, Canada, with time to train and mountains to cycle and a humble hockey career behind him... BUT he has NEVER done a triathlon before!

Sasha is an Emergency Medicine Resident at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota with a chaotic, demanding schedule... BUT has completed a Half-Ironman and many marathons!
