Send Amaya to PGF Nationals

Hi!

My name is Katy Barstad and I am the mom of two AMAZING kids… Amaya and Kingston!

One thing about me, I don’t ask for help often! I am stubborn and will always find a way to make things happen for my kids… Always! However… this time… I need some help guys! This single mom life is crazy!

Amaya plays for a premier fastpitch team and is one heck of a player, not to mention human! She has high aspirations to go to college to play softball and is working SO hard to get there! She makes good grades and is the BEST big sister to her 3 year old brother.

Amaya has worked incredibly hard this season and I would like to be able to reward her with the On Deck Measurement camp she was invited to, that placed her on a list ranking 25th nationally. As well as the college recruiting camp in the same week! It is incredibly expensive to take off for 10 days to do both camps and nationals, but it is vital for her to get these opportunities! Amaya will go as far as she wants in this game and I’d like to show her anything is possible!

We are asking for help with her camp expenses totaling $550 for both camps and hotel expenses for 9 nights, 10 days in Huntington Beach for PGF Nationals! Anything over this will help with food, airfare and car rental.

Amaya is so appreciative of all the support she has received this year and cannot wait to show us what she’s made of at nationals in 2 weeks!
