We found a rescue sanctuary for Chip/Wolfie & Taylor Doggins!

Please help us honor Andrew and send his beloved puppies off with enough to cover their expenses.

Chip and Taylor are a bonded father and son pair.

Unfortunately, Andrew, their owner, recently lost his battle with depression and friends and family were only able to take one of Andrew’s three dogs. Chip and Taylor were left behind needing a home. I was able to take them in temporarily but cannot provide them with a permanent home.

To honor Andrew’s love for his dogs, we have been working very hard to find a family or rescue to take them in. Because we know that even though Andrew was unable to have a plan in place for them when he left this earth, he would have never wanted them to end up in an overcrowded shelter facing almost certain euthanasia. Both pups were very loved all of their life and just need a chance to find a new loving home.

After many Facebook posts and dozens of pleads to rescue organizations, we have finally found a rescue group who has recruited a foster family to take in Andrew’s dogs while they search for a permanent home. Beagles and Buddies is the rescue and we are forever grateful that they stepped up and are helping these sweet souls. It is what Andrew would have wanted!

Since they are a very small rescue organization, they have asked if we could donate towards the dogs’ care to help cover board, feed, and any medical expenses. As we all know, shelters are overcrowded and rescues are full. We want to make sure we send them off with plenty to cover any expenses that may come up in the short term.

We are trying to raise a $2k donation to the rescue on behalf of both of the dogs. Essential for board, care and any medical expenses that come up.

We also need to get Taylor neutered beforehand, it's been hard to find a low cost place for dogs over 30lbs. It's about $500-$700 for a 55lb dog like Taylor.
