Send Chub Rollz to SoCal!

Chub Rollz is an all wheels, all ages, meetup for fat identified skaters, based in Oakland CA. We host monthly in-person events throughout the Bay Area as well as virtual events joined by members globally. Our mission is a beginner-led, beginner-based group, geared towards creating accessible, shame free places to play, share, and learn collectively to advance the representation of fat bodies skating. Our group is BIPOC founded, queer & trans organized. 

After our club was recently featured on CNN , the kind folks over at DIVERTsessions offered us with the opportunity to enjoy their skate park in Santa Ana, and we couldn’t be more thrilled for the invitation! Because we are a community based group, all funds and equipment have been either donation or out of pocket from the organizers. We’d really like to provide our members not only with the opportunity to feel welcomed and included in a park setting, but to not have to worry about travel accommodations either.

All funds collected will go directly to paying for rooms and travel for our core members to attend this incredible offer.
