Send Elizabeth's Mathletes to National Convention

My name is Elizabeth. I’m a high school math teacher and sponsor of my school’s Mathematics National Honor Society. Our Calculus, Precalculus, and Statistics teams have the amazing opportunity to attend the National Convention of Mu Alpha Theta in Orlando, Florida this July. Unfortunately, the cost of $747 per student is putting this out of reach for some of our members.

The National Convention would give these students the opportunity to meet, learn from, and compete with the highest level of students from all over the country. Competitions include traditional math tests, team rounds, ciphering competitions, and even “chalk talk” where students present projects about mathematics in everyday life to a panel of judges.

I would really love to be able to help make this happen for these students, and any help will be greatly appreciated!
