Help Send Heartwell Pony-Colt 14U All Star Team to the International World Series!

Dear Friends, Family, and Supporters,

We are thrilled to announce that our 2024 Heartwell Pony-Colt 14U All Star Team has made it to the International World Series in Pennsylvania! From 5,500 teams, we have battled our way to the final 10, and now we have the incredible opportunity to represent the entire West Zone on the biggest stage. The boys fly out this Wednesday morning and the parents need to join!!!

This journey has been filled with hard work, dedication, and unforgettable moments. Our players and coaches have shown tremendous skill and determination, and now we need your help to make this dream a reality.

We need to raise $55,000 in just 2 days to cover the costs of hotel, airfare, food, transportation, and World Series tickets for 15 players, 4 coaches, and the players' parents. Here’s a breakdown of our estimated expenses:

• Hotel: $19,000 - $1,000 per player/family

• Airfare: $15,000 - $500 per parent (Pony covers coaches' and players' flights)

• Food: $21,000 - $75 per day per person (30 parents x 7 days - Breakfast: $20, Lunch: $25, Dinner: $30 - Pony covers player/coaches breakfast)

• World Series Tickets: $30 per family member to attend the game

• Car Rental: $5,500 - To transport players, coaches, and gear (1.1k x 5 full size SUVs for the week)

...and we are sure we are missing things

Pony covers the coaches' and players' flights and provides an $800 daily stipend, available only while we are in the tournament. However, we still need your support to cover additional costs for parents and other essentials.
