Send Hoover Students to State Soccer Tournament

My name is Todd Jacobus, and I volunteer as the President of the Hoover Meredith Learning Community Foundation. I am asking you to please consider donating so that the Hoover High School Leadership Team can offer ALL STUDENTS the opportunity to attend the State Soccer Tournament next week. Tickets to the event are $10.00 each, and our goal will be to fill the bleachers at Cownie Park with GREEN & GOLD. We plan on advancing well into the Tournament, so we have set the fundraising goal at $3,500. Please support as you are able.

Background: The Hoover Huskies Boys Soccer Team qualified for the Iowa High School Athletic Association Class 3A Tournament by defeating the Pella Dutch on Wednesday, May 24. After giving up a goal only a few minutes into the game, our Huskies clamped down on defense, and were incredibly persistence on offense - finally scoring our 1st & 2nd goals of the game in the final 10 minutes. This will be Hoover's first appearance in the State Tournament in 15 years. We are proud of these student-athletes. Well done. See you at Cownie!
