Send Kids to Austin Sunshine Camps

As a member of the Young Men's Business League of Austin, I am raising money for the Austin Sunshine Camps and each dollar donated will be matched by my employer up to $5,000. My goal is to raise $10,000 to send 6 kids to the Austin Sunshine Camps this summer to help children and families who don't have the resources to attend camp or are dealing with health issues.

As the only child of immigrants, I never had the opportunity to experience overnight or summer camps like my friends in school did; nor did I have an older brother who could teach me the hobbies I had to teach myself such as hunting, fishing, skiing, surfing, football, basketball, etc. Historically, I've been passionate about all charitable activities that provide mentorship to kids that gives them access to resources that they normally would not have. My past charitable involvement over the last decade includes Big Brothers Big Sisters, Small Steps Nurturing Center, Genesys Works, and Partnerships for Children.
