Send Krystalyn to Forrest Frank's Concert

My name is Gina Wheaton, and I’m part of a group of mothers whose children are battling cancer. It’s not a club any of us ever imagined joining, but it’s one held together by strength, hope, and love. All of our children—including mine—are currently receiving treatment at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.

I’m reaching out on behalf of one of these incredible children: 12-year-old Krystalyn Bowman. In June of 2024, Krystalyn was diagnosed with a rare brain cancer called Ganglioglioma. She is one of the brightest lights among us—full of faith, strength, and a deep love for music.

Krystalyn is a huge fan of Forrest Frank. His music, especially the Child of God album, has brought her and her family profound comfort and encouragement during this incredibly difficult time. His lyrics have helped them persevere, reminding them of God’s presence and promises, even in the darkest moments.

I started this go fund me to help raise money for Krystalyn to attend the Forrest Frank concert this weekend, Saturday, April 12th, Legacy Arena at the BJCC at 7pm in Birmingham, AL.

I tried reaching out to Forrest’s management team to arrange a meet and greet, but to no avail - YET! Anyone got the hook up?! I figured I’d start this as a back up so the family can at least cover the cost of dinner, concert tickets and merchandise for Krystalyn.

I know the Lord works in mysterious and beautiful ways, so I felt led to reach out in faith.
