I am asking for people to consider making an investment for eternity by helping equip me to effectively share the good news of Christ.
Ambassador’s Academy evangelism training program in Los Angeles, California, June 20-25, is 4 days of intense classroom instruction and on-the-street experience, to learn the principles of sharing the gospel message to my friends, neighbors, and the world around me. It is hosted and taught by Ray Comfort and the team from Living Waters.
The Bible says, “In the last days difficult times will come…all have sinned…and there is none righteous, not even one”. The just outcome and result for our sin is death (Romans 6:23), but God gives everlasting life by Jesus Christ. A lost and dying world needs to hear the gospel.
It is easy to get off track when trying to answer objections that people have to trusting in Christ. I don’t want to be hesitant or fearful in sharing the good news just because I don’t know what to say or might be rejected. I want my friends, neighbors, and everyone I meet to hear the gospel, and if I don’t share it with them, who will?
I still have a lot to learn. As a music teacher, I know first-hand how effective it is to have a teacher come alongside demonstrating, correcting, giving constructive feedback and encouraging you. This is why I want to go for this focused training on practical and effective Biblical evangelism.
