Send Maxx to the National Invention Convention!
Donation protected
Maxx has participated in the California Invention Convention this past school year and has been chosen to represent California at the National Invention Convention in the Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation in Dearborn, Michigan, from May 29 to June 3, 2022. The national competition is a by-invitation-only event and includes students from across the country representing over 100,000 Invention Convention participants. We are thrilled that Maxx has been selected to be one of the 550 student invitees to this prestigious competition.
Students will have their inventions on display on the museum floor next to those of world-renowned inventors like Henry Ford, the Wright brothers and Thomas Edison. This opportunity will be an invaluable educational experience for Maxx; I'm hoping that you might help us cover the registration fee, travel expenses, or both to make it possible for us to attend. The registration fee is $300 per student and $350 for a parent or chaperone. This fee does not include hotel and transportation to Dearborn but does include all expenses for three days of competition and related events.
The money raised will be going to being able to take our family to the convention to support Maxx, also it will be used to make repairs and enhance Maxx's invention. I am filled with so much pride that my amazing son was able to do this. My whole family has been especially supportive of this awesome journey, and would mean so much to Maxx if everyone of them could come.
Thank you to everyone who has sent their congratulations to Maxx; we are very excited about attending!
