Millie to Philly (now 4 the kids!)

Donation protected
Thank you for helping surpass our goal of $2,500! Although Millie decided not to go to Philadelphia to support the Minnesota Vikings in the NFC Championship game, the support from fans who donated will still be put towards a great cause. All funds raised will be donated in Millie Wall's name towards patient programming in Kyle Rudolph's End Zone at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital! This space is a state-of-the-art play space that will be a spot for patients and their siblings to hang out and just be kids. We will be keeping this page open a while longer and gladly accepting more donations in the name of our good luck charm from last Sunday, Millie!

GoFundMe Information:
My name is Trevor Stewart and after the emotional rollercoaster that was the Minneapolis Miracle, my friends and I created this page as a tribute to a fan that we all seemed to cling to, Millie. Our intentions were to offer Millie use of the money towards a trip to Philadelphia or donate the money to a great Vikings related cause. As you know, Millie decided not to go and the funds will be donated. At the conclusion of this fundraiser, I will be withdrawing the funds from GoFundMe and delivering the donation to the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital. I have been in contact with a development officer named Ashley Lawson and she made the great suggestion that the funds could go towards patient programming within Kyle Rudolph's End Zone.  I feel this makes perfect sense for the efforts of the Vikings fans to go towards a fun space at the Vikings' favorite children's hospital!

Update #1 (1/15/18):
The generosity of our Vikings community is overwhelming! Millie has truly energized our fanbase. We have learned that Millie will not be attending the NFC Championship in Philly this weekend. She was offered an invitation by the Minnesota Vikings and decided not to go. Millie's granddaughter, Ashley, has told us to go ahead and donate the money to the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital as planned. We will continue to keep this open for the remainder to the week and try to reach our goal! Skol Vikings!

Original Story (1/14/18):
Our hero and inspiration Millie, led our Vikings to an unbelievable and unforgettable victory against the New Orleans Saints on January 14, 2018. What transpired in the final moments of that game will live on in Vikings lore forever. We owe Millie another day on the gridiron and most importantly, our team needs her. Please support our cause in getting Millie to Philly for the NFC Championship game. If Millie chooses to rest on her laurels and root for the Vikes from the comfort of her couch, all proceeds will go to Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital. Our team needs us now more than ever! Let's get Millie to Philly!
