Send Riley & Mr. Wheeler to SKILLSUSA Nationals

Riley Kolb won the gold medal in Automotive Technology at the State of California SkillsUSA championship competition! Riley and his instructor, Mr. Brian Wheeler need your help to travel to Atlanta Georgia for the National SkillsUSA Championships June 18-23, 2023, where Automotive Technology will be one of 110 competitions. Riley will represent the State of California in a competition with students from all 50 states and Territories for the National Championship. There will be over 6,000 students competing in these exciting competitions at the High School and Community College levels.

The Martinez School District is not funding any of the costs associated with this competition. We are asking for the Martinez community and friends to support Riley and Mr. Wheeler and bring National recognition to the Martinez community. The amount we are asking for includes hotels, airfare, ground transportation and meals for Riley and Mr. Wheeler for the week of their competition. Be assured that Riley and Mr. Wheeler are diligently training to be as competitive as possible with our eye on the Gold Medal.
