In honor of his academic achievements and his interest in the field of engineering he has been selected to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum: Engineering.

Jay’Ron is a Freshman in highschool. He plays sports, in the IB Program, an honor student and President of Student Government Association. A well rounded kid those who know him would describe.

He is still deciding his career path and if he would like to pursue commercial architect or aerospace engineering.

The experiences he will receive at this program will help narrow the focus on a specific field before making the academic and financial commitment in college.

He will be attending one of top engineering schools in the California next summer, and this will give him a hands-on look at different fields of engineering. He will have the unique opportunity to either explore a broad range of engineering disciplines or to focus on the field that you are most passionate about, to program a microprocessor to fly a model helicopter, to hear from subject matter experts who have engineered paths to success, and to gain essential career and life-ready skills.
