Send Sarah To The Summit

Recently, the one we all know and love as Sarah Faith, was nominated by an educator to attend the 2019 Ambassador Leadership Summit to be held in June at John Hopkins University.   A private research university in Baltimore, Maryland and is a leading university in the medical field.  Sarah's interest in higher education and love of the sciences has led her to want to pursue a career in medicine, more specifically Neuro Sciences.  Attending this summit will allow her to have a real-life experience in the field of medicine by engaging in hands on exercises, interactive workshops, sitting in on panels of medical professionals, visiting the world's foremost research centers, interacting with experts in the field and much much more.  Over the course of 9 days, Sarah will gain priceless knowledge that will help her towards her career goals and the experience of a lifetime.   She will also gain a competitive edge for her college and career path as more than 80% of the Summit's participants are accepted into their college of choice.   This is an amazing opportunity for Sarah and for her future.  

As you all know, she is the next generation of talent that comes out of the band you know as Tuatha Dea.   She was born to a family of musicians.  Meaning, the tuition price of $3295 is a bit steep for this single mom of two who plays music for a living.  As her mother, I want only the best opportunities for my daughter.  This is one I want to see her obtain and with that being said I am asking for help in making that happen.  

What does the $3295 get her?  It's all-inclusive tuition covers all program expenses, accommodations, 3 meals daily, all program activities, entry fees and curriculum, as well as small group supervision.  However, the cost does not include travel to and from the Summit (Gatlinburg, TN to Baltimore, MD) or any other expense she may have while there.  So I'm setting the goal at $4000.
