Send SHS Students to NYC

Five Sequim High School students auditioned for an Honors Performance Series choir that will perform at Carnegie Hall in February. They made it! Silas Baird, Colleen Carpenter, Victoria Hall, and Thomas Arnesen made it into the Honors Concert Choir and Tomi Jo Wilson made it into the Honors Women's Choir. This is an amazing opportunity for these students to work with 2 phenomenal directors and 750 students from all over the world who share their talent and determination. The money donated will go directly to a trip fund for the 5 students and will be distributed equally. It is about $2500 per student to partake in this festival and along with this fundraiser we are doing a letter campaign, a benefit concert (TBA), and separate fundraisers individual to the students.
