Send Plant High School A Cappella Groups to ICHSA

We are the Plant High School  A Cappella performers in Tampa,  Florida, (Yep! "Pitch Perfect"  has made it to Tampa)!  Our all female group established in 2017 are known as the  "The Pink Panthers".  Our co-ed group "PawCappella" was founded in 2015.  We are student led, and arrange all of  the music and choreography we perform.  We are so excited to share that for the 3rd year in a row, both groups have been accepted into the ICHSA (International Competition of High School Acappella) Quarterfinals .  The 2019 ICHSA event will be held in Durham, NC!!!  Last year "The Pink Panthers" were awarded 3rd Place at the 2018 ICHSA Quarterfinal's  competition and also received the Outstanding Choreography Award.  We as members of  "The Pink Panthers" and "PawCappella" consider our ourselves to be Ambassadors of PHS.  We have shared our talent at numerous PHS school functions, such as singing "The National Anthem" at sporting events, Open Houses and the 9/11 Memorial.  We have also been requested to perform at several events in the Tampa Bay Community.  Our performances have been sought after for the Mayor's Christmas Party, the Breakfast With Santa event which supports autistic children, the Heroes Gala for wounded veterans, the Heroes Housing Assistance Foundation, and many other venues.  We are hoping to cover the cost of all 19 performers for the competition (about $500 per person).  We are singing at many local places during the upcoming holidays to raise funds for our trip.  We are asking for your generous donation of  ANY AMOUNT, to help us share our love of singing and performing A Cappella.  Your gift will help turn our DREAM of performing at the 2019 ICHSA  into a REALITY!
