Send us to HOSA Nationals!
Donation protected
Hello! Thank you for visiting our GoFundMe page!! We are working to raise money for our trip to compete at the HOSA National Leadership Conference (for future health professionals), held in Dallas, Texas, June 21st through June 24th.
Our HOSA chapter (Vernon Township High School), has never qualified for the national competition, but this year Vernon has two teams that have qualified to go! Daniel Lovett and Marissa Ajamian placed 2nd of ALL TEAMS IN NJ in the Emergency Medical Technician competition, and Avery Crafton and Sophie Van Den Broek placed 3rd (AS JUNIORS in all of NJ) in the CPR/First Aid competition!!! Because the National Leadership Conference takes place during Daniel and Marissa's high-school graduation they cannot attend. However, as Sophie and Avery are current juniors, we are asking for support to get them to Dallas to represent Vernon.
As members of both Glenwood Pochuck Volunteer Ambulance Corps and Vernon Township Ambulance Squad, these students have dedicated countless hours to serving their community. Now, they need to kindly ask for support in return. By donating, you are providing these students with a once in a lifetime opportunity to attend lectures, participate in training and compete at the national level to demonstrate their skills. They will bring their knowledge gained back to Vernon and Glenwood to further serve our community.
THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!
