Sending support for Sam

Update: I wanted to share that how much Sam appreciated the help, love and support everyone has shown her. She expressed how grateful and thankful for everyone's generosity. And how much she misses her friends at NH.

Sam has been invaluable member of the Anesthesia team and as we all know has been dealing with health issues for over a year. It is with a heavy heart that I want to share with you that Sam has experienced a recent worsening of her symptoms, imposing great additional physical difficulties on her. It goes without saying that we have all admired the fortitude and dignity with which she has dealt with her health setbacks. She has always been there for us regardless of how difficult it has been for her physically. Sam is just a most amazing one-of-a-kind person.

She will be taking time to focus on her health and many of you have expressed the desire to convey our empathy and gratitude to her in a more tangible manner, a sentiment I share. In an effort to help her with her medical expenses and to help her continue to support her family, please give generously to help Sam in her fight.
