Senior Moments - A tilted look at senior life!

Hello,

I'm Adrea and about 13 years ago I wrote a piece about internet dating when you're no longer a cute and adorable single. As the years went on I continued to write and called it "60 to 60's" and covered everything that was happening along the way as a senior from cleaning out the closet, diets or the lack thereof, travel, coupon silliness, the "me" generation and just about anything I could think of. It evolved into a column that ran monthly so now I have about 140 of them just waiting to be put into a book form. (I own the rights to all of them.)

The writing is seldom serious and looks at the lighter side of being a senior, so when I hit my 70's I had to rename it Senior Moments. Sex and the senior boyfriend is not off the table and internet dating even popped in too. Eating in restaurants that decorate your food, getting whistled at on the street in the 60's to calling the police in 2024, writing letters to electronic cards, pantyhose, watermelons and tire irons, groping (it's not what you think) and the list goes on!

I would like to raise the funds it will take to get it published and I think it brings a lighter side of senior changes into focus and will be enjoyed by all, me included!
