This is young lad is called Thomas; he has severe autism (worst in north Somerset county), severe ADHD, severe learning difficulties, severe challenging behaviour, epilepsy (absences).
Thomas has been through alot over the past 8+ years. Schools have been changed and now no school/educational setting is able to accommodate his needs.
He was moved out of county and away from all he knew and his family(living 3hours away) and has recently come back to live full time at home! (Yay).
Now we are trying desperately to create a safe and exciting place for him, in his new "forever" home with his family. This new move has really unsettled him and his anxiety is getting the better of him.
We would like to create a safe and big spacious summer house in the garden that is just for him so he can explore and learn within it (with his careers) but also learn that he is safe and well loved by all who work with him and his family.
Any remaining or extra funds would be put towards helping Thomas to access things that he likes more and help him to become independent and learn more life skills; shopping, cooking, swimming etc.
