Sentiero a Baceno in ricordo di Elvezio Francioli

L’idea

Elvezio Francioli, nei suoi 46 anni di vita, non è stato solo un padre e un marito, ma un uomo pubblico e delle istituzioni che ha dedicato gran parte delle sue energie a progetti che andavano a beneficio della sua comunità; egli si è speso personalmente come solo chi è spinto da valori e ideali profondi riesce a fare. Ora che la memoria di chi lo ha conosciuto tende necessariamente a scomparire, l’obiettivo è che anche negli anni a venire il suo nome possa essere associato agli sforzi e ai risultati che ha prodotto in qualità di Sindaco e di amministratore di Comuni e Comunità Montana.

Per questo motivo, noi familiari, amici e colleghi di Elvezio, abbiamo deciso di creare un progetto concreto (la ristrutturazione di un sentiero pubblico, a Baceno -VB, comune delle Alpi Ossolane dove è stato sindaco ) che possa ricordarlo anche a distanza di molti anni dalla sua morte

Il sentiero

La vecchia mulattiera che dalla località Cascine Vecchie scende fino al Campo Sportivo del paese è di difficile percorrenza, priva di parapetto, a tratti sconessa.

Il nostro intento è di renderla agevole e sicura a beneficio della Comunità locale, dei turisti e degli sportivi. La realizzazione avverrà a cura del Comune di Baceno, che, in accordo con i responsabili della raccolta fondi, curerà la definizione delle specifiche e l'assegnazione dei lavori.

CollegaMenti: a project in memory of Elvezio Francioli to renovate the old mule track of Baceno (VB- Italy)

The idea

During his 46 years of life, Elvezio Francioli was not only a father and a husband, but also a public and institutional figure who dedicated most of his energy to projects that benefited his community. He made a strong personal commitment to his community, as only those driven by deeply held values and ideals do. Now that the memory of those who knew him is fading, the aim of the project in the years to come is to associate his name with the efforts and results he achieved as mayor and administrator of municipalities and mountain communities.

For this reason, we, the family, friends and colleagues of Elvezio have decided to create a concrete project to remember him even many years after his death: the renovation of a public path in Baceno (VB), a municipality in the Ossola Alps where he was mayor.

The path

The old mule track that leads from Cascine Vecchie down to the Campo Sortivo is difficult to walk on, has no railing or lighting and uneven sections.

Our intention is to make it easy and safe to travel to benefit the local community, tourists, and sportsmen. The construction will be carried out by the municipality of Baceno, which, in agreement with the fundraisers will take care of the technical specifications and the assignment of the work.
