Donation protected
My name is Jim, A good friend of mine ( Chris ) is a Disabled War Veteran and has a Service Dog named Prair. Prair was born in Minnnesota, 9 years ago. Prair was in training for 2 years to be certified stability mobility service dog for Chris. She has traveled all over the USA with Chris making sure when he needs help, she is there. Prair moved to Joshua Tree, Ca 5 years ago to help Chris get special healthcare treatment that he needs from the San Diego Veterans Assistance Medical Center. Prair has enjoyed her time out here working hard and meeting new people. Chris has donated his time locally at our Bowling alley to help kids with learning to bowl and being an assistant coach and mentor as well as Prair right there by his side to help put smiles on kids faces.  On February 28th 2018 Prair had to have emergency surgery for cystic mucosal hyperplasiawith severe suppurative endometritis. ovarian cystadenocarcinoma, well differentiated completely removed. lipoma mass. Prair found out the week of March 5th that she has lymphoma and has to have chemotherapy each week starting March 16th for 6 months. Prair is in great spirits and is a sweetheart of a dog. I was talking to Chris about the treatments and surgery and found out that surgery itself was 4100 and the chemo treatment is another 8600. I have seen go fund me for alot of things so I decided to see if i can help them raise money for the surgery and treatment.
