Service Dog Training for Ashley
Donation protected
Hello, I am trying to raise these funds on behalf of Ashley Dalrymple. She is 27 years old and she lives with a multitude of challenges that the service dog training would be able to assist with greatly. A few of her unique challenges include being blind, having cystic fibrosis, diabetes, and anxiety/panic attacks. Ashley has been able to manage with her challenges, however; having her dog professionally trained to complete and assist with certain tasks will increase her quality of life tremendously. Some of these tasks would include: picking up small items that are difficult for her to find when dropped, following a specified person when unable to guide, alerting nearby personnel in case of a medical emergency (hypoglycemia, severe cough attacks caused by cf), interrupting anxiety/panic attacks, and others. Ashley is always very determined and doesn't ever like asking for help, but I know that this is something that would help her so much and she is very much deserving of it. She is attempting to have her dog start the training in February and has been working hard to raise funds on her own by knitting scarves, making cute little paintings and such. I'm hoping to help her out with your support to give her a gift of a lifetime that I know she will cherish. I appreciate you all taking the time out of your day to read this and the thoughtfulness you have shown. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.
