10 month old puppy sick

Hello, my name is Liz and I’m fundraising for my 10 month old puppy, Fynn. He is in the pet hospital with elevated kidney and liver levels. The vets are doing an amazing job trying to find out what is wrong with him but they can’t quite figure it out. He’s the happiest puppy I’ve ever met, even though he’s in pain he greets every with a happy tail wag and wiggle. All the vets on his team have fallen in love with him and are invested in helping him. Not only is he amazing but I’ve been scent training him to detect gluten in my food since I’m severely allergic. He also notifies me when I’m having a lupus flare, which is something he started doing on his own. He’s means so much more to me than being a pet companion. He’s helped improve my quality of life, pulled me out of a depression, and goes everywhere with me. I don’t know what I would do without him. So far his vet bills have cost $6,000. Today he actually had some improvement in his numbers which gives me a lot of hope that he’ll survive but I can’t afford another night of him staying at the hospital, which is roughly $3,000 a day with all the medication, blood tests, and other tests they’re doing to try and figure out what’s wrong. The antibiotics he’s on a one cost $120 per injection. Once his numbers improve and he starts eating again I will be giving him oral medication for at least the next few weeks. His road to recovery is long but he’s a fighter. I’m not one to ask for help but I’m desperate to help my puppy survive. He’s so happy and that helps me feel like he wants to survive this.
