Services for beloved mother

If anybody out there would be able to help me with my mother's cremation It's only $2000 once I have the death certificate I will have the money to pay back anybody who helps me she had it in her bank account I just cannot access it without her death certificate Me and my family would like to honor my mother's wishes and spread her ashes where she requested and cannot do so financially without access to her bank account and the mortuary will not give us a death certificate without the $2000. Any help would be gravely appreciated thank you everyone for any help during this rough time
