Set up of the Barnaby Webber foundation

My friend Barnaby Webber was murdered along with fellow student Grace O’Malley Kumar on the 13th of June 2023, as they walked him from an end of year celebration. Barney was a generous, kind person and very good friend to me, who had his life cut tragically short by this horrendous event. His parents are courageously setting up a foundation in his name. This will have two purposes. The first is to provide support and inclusion for young people who are facing life challenges, which may be physical, mental, emotional or social. Secondly, the foundation will support grassroots cricket clubs through the provision of equipment needed to encourage youngsters to get involved in the game.

On the 28th of December I will be running a half marathon to raise money for the foundation. Any money donated will be greatly appreciated
