Seth Snodgrass & Family

Hello! Some friends of the Snodgrass family have started this GoFundMe to help provide support for medical bills and home health nursing for Seth.

As you may or may not know, Seth is on quite the medical journey and has been such a trooper. Seth has been in (and briefly out of) the pediatric intensive care units at Novant and Duke medical centers since the middle of August. In addition to his initial diagnosis of epilepsy, Seth has now begun to also have sudden and severe bouts of respiratory distress. Each event now requires Seth to be resuscitated via some form of rescue breathing. To address these events, Seth recently had two surgeries to secure his airway and improve his breathing, the latter being a tracheostomy. Also, because the episodes only happen during sleep Seth must sleep on a ventilator.

We hope and pray Seth will improve enough to go home soon. However, in order to go home safely with his new trach and ventilator, he will likely need 24/7 nursing care for 1-2 months. As we all know, medical bills and home nursing costs are high, even with insurance. We would like to make it a little easier on the Snodgrass family to focus their attention on Seth's recovery by contributing to the cost of his nursing care.
