Hey everyone,
I never thought I’d see this day, but I’ve been diagnosed with cancer. After a biopsy of my cheek, the results came back as basal cell carcinoma. The doctor also found melanoma on my chest. I was able to have part of the melanoma removed, but will have to go back in and take remainder of cancer cells out and on my face with Mohs surgery which will be between 4-6 hours long depending on how extensive the cancer has spread.
My employer does not offer health insurance and I'm financially unable to purchase it. I looked into state assistance under the Access Program here in Arizona but do not qualify. I need to have the surgery as soon as possible and asking for $3,900 which will pay for the entire procedure. Please consider a pledge of any amount, and thank you for your generosity!!!
