Settling into a stable home

Hi my name is Sage. I have been couch surfing for months and have not been able to work and save for a down payment for an apartment or anything due to health issues and chronic pain. I’ve everything and I just can’t seem to get ahead. I have a 9 month old daughter and she is having to stay in a cramped apartment with her father or with others until I figure something out and I don’t see her anymore. I know it’s a long shot but I need this urgently. Thank you for your help
