Seven Mile BLM - Mission:City Scholarship Fund

We're Seven Mile, a nonprofit org dedicated to providing music, arts and coding resources to youth in the Detroit communities we serve. In solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement, Seven Mile is raising funds to invest in the futures of our young students in the primarily Black communities we serve via a scholarship fund for students in the Brightmoor community and for the operations of Mission:City Community Center.

Seven Mile commits to matching these donations up to $10,000. We've raised $2,800 so far from the Seven Mile community, and all donations up to our $7,200 fundraising goal will be matched by Seven Mile.

Seven Mile is grateful for our strong connections with community partners such as Mission:City, which works every day to positively impact local Black communities. Mission:City strives to strengthen the Brightmoor, Detroit community through focusing on youth development, job readiness, health & wellbeing, social responsibility, and financial literacy.
