Severe Fire Damage Recovery for Qin Xi'an Noodles

On Saturday, September 11th, the owner of Qin Xi'an Noodles, Edmonds location, was devastated to discover that her restaurant was completely destroyed by a fire that occurred at 5 am next door. The owner of Qin Xi'an immigrated to Seattle in 2016 from China, working tirelessly to run this restaurant. She considered the restaurant her key to a new beginning in America, and Qin Xi'an found a place in the hearts and stomachs of the local community.

 

 

 

Due to the fire, the restaurant is completely inoperable, and the owner has suffered complete damages (link to a news article). We are raising money to cover the insurance deductible and future rebuild efforts. It will take at least several months to more than a year to rebuild and recover. We need your help ASAP to get this business back up and running, and to serve the community again.
